While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is appropriate. This policy outlines those situations, eligibility, and the refund request process.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a one-time 7-day money-back guarantee to new users on their first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be a first-time subscriber (no previous paid billing history).
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.
- You must not have violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must not have used the Service in an abusive or excessive manner that indicates exploitation of the refund policy.
Exclusions:
The money-back guarantee does not apply to:
